We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the platform independently. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

You may use the Dyvorn platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. The platform is intended for educational webinars, live broadcasts, and related interactive learning activities focused on catering organization and related professional topics.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Disrupt, interfere with, or damage the operation of the platform or any associated systems
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Harvest or collect personal data of other users without their explicit consent
- Impersonate any person, company, or entity
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the platform without prior written permission
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the platform
- Post or transmit content that is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
5. Webinars and Live Sessions
5.1 Participation
When participating in live webinars or interactive sessions, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally. Disruptive behavior, harassment of speakers or other participants, and misuse of communication tools may result in removal from the session and suspension of your account.
5.2 Recording
Webinar sessions may be recorded by Dyvorn for educational and quality-assurance purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded. You may not independently record, capture, or redistribute any webinar session without our express written consent.
5.3 Session Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any live session. Scheduled webinars may be rescheduled, cancelled, or modified at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants in advance of any significant changes.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
All content on the Dyvorn platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, video recordings, presentations, course materials, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Dyvorn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
6.2 Your Content
By submitting, posting, or transmitting any content through the platform (including chat messages, questions, or feedback), you grant Dyvorn a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your original content and are solely responsible for it.
6.3 Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide to us may be used by Dyvorn without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Some webinars, features, or content on the platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before purchase. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected services.
7.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If a session is cancelled by Dyvorn and no alternative is offered, you will receive a full refund. For other situations, please contact us at contact@dyvorn.com within 7 days of the transaction date to request a review.
7.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges imposed by relevant authorities on your transactions through the platform.
8. Third-Party Services
The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party service.
